  • Overview

    The Food & Beverage department is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences and food

    and beverage services through our restaurants, Tiki bar, and in-room dining outlets.


    The Buffett Attendant is responsible for setting up, replenishing, cleaning, etc. the buffet food and area; breaking down the buffet area once breakfast is over; replenish and maintain the wellness and water and coffee station; any other duties assigned by management


    • Ensure the buffets are set up and broken down properly.
    • Maintain replenishment of all the food items.
    • Keep working area clean, neat and at a high level of presentation at all times.


    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
