This department has a direct impact on the overall guest experience, and is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction for the entire duration of a guest’s stay.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department and assisting the Front Desk Manager and Director of Rooms Division. The Front Desk Supervisor provides operational assistance and at times function as a Manager on Duty (MOD). This is an hourly position.
