The Food and Beverage Director will serve as an operational division head and member of the Executive Committee Leadership team. This individual will be responsible for directing and supervising all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including: restaurant, lounge, room service, banquets, and event set-up. This individual will primarily be responsible for directing and implementing nutritional integrity and quality of food, controlling and analyzing the financial position of the division, and ensuring the compliance of local, state, and federal regulations. The Food and Beverage Director will work closely with the Director of Catering and Conference Services, Sales Director, and Executive Chef. The Food and Beverage Director will report directly to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic planning and marketing initiatives focused on maximizing revenue and developing business relationships to sustain long-term patronage. The model candidate will be currently in a role as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage or a Beverage Manager looking to make their next career move into becoming a division head.
